Technicians who follow systems and perform consistently will do very well. What you'll do: Run residential plumbing service calls Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Follow company pricing, approval, and safety procedures Work independently with dispatch, pricing, and management support What we're looking for: 2+ years of residential plumbing experience (more is a plus) Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Strong communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional attitude and reliability Willingness to follow pricing and operational systems What we offer: Guaranteed hourly pay + commission Dispatch, pricing, and management support so you can focus on plumbing!
