*Duties*

* Coordinate project timelines in partnership with internal teams, ensuring that materials are available when and where they are needed. * Serve as a point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring excellent customer service. Resolve any installation/customer concerns. * Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of specialized materials that are crucial to our restoration projects. * Help with planning for project milestones or team gatherings. * Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations and all project requirements are met on time.

*Experience*

* Must be capable of running and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail, minimizing errors and enhancing efficiency. * Familiarity with construction terminology. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. * Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is advantageous.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
