Job Description

5-10+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Nationwide project management experience required
Strong background in ground-up single-story retail and tenant fit-outs (e.g., Nordstrom Rack, Starbucks, Chipotle)
Experience managing tenant renovations/fit-outs with 12-16 week timelines
GC background required
Ability to manage projects across multiple states
Proficient in Procore with proven schedule and project management skills
