  • Accurately record crew time, daily production quantities, and field data in coordination with the project engineer.

  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

  • Maintain and submit trucking logs, material tickets, and JULIE (underground utility locate) orders.

  • Address field concerns, resolve conflicts, and support site personnel with on-the-ground decision making.

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and field experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in heavy highway excavation or similar field.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changes in the field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable standing for up to 12 hours with periodic breaks.

  • Capable of stooping, climbing, walking uneven terrain, and driving long distances as required on active job sites.

Ideal Candidate Traits:
  • Problem solver with a proactive mindset and a focus on completing jobs on time and within budget.
