The Installer Track (Skill-Based Pay) This role starts as an Apprentice and progresses based on skill + reliability, not promises. Pay Progression (non-negotiable): Apprentice (First 30 days): $17$20/hr Apprentice (30+ days, meeting standards): $20$22/hr Independent Gutter Installer (cut, print, hang gutters): $25+/hr Advanced Installer (includes downspouts): $28+/hr Lead Installer / Truck Lead: $30$35/hr Raises are earned not negotiated.
