Our roofing division, Washington Roofing, specializes in high-quality residential and commercial roofing installations, repairs, and replacements.

We are seeking skilled and dependable Roofers to join our team. This is a hands-on position where you'll work on a variety of roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including composition shingles, metal, TPO, PVC, and flat roofs.

• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.

• Inspect problem roofs and determine the best repair solutions.

• Work with tools, ladders, harnesses, and safety equipment properly and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Assist crew leads and project managers with project execution.

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience required: 2+ years in residential or commercial roofing.

• Knowledge of different roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

• Strong understanding of safety practices when working at heights.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in attitude and appearance.

• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.
