What You'll Be Doing: As our Roofing Construction Estimator, you'll bridge the gap between property damage and restoration. You'll collaborate with insurance adjusters, project managers, and department leads to negotiate contracts, manage costs, and ensure every job runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Interpret project plans/specs to create detailed estimates Use Xactimate and CRM platforms to generate accurate pricing Analyze insurance scopes and develop supplements for complex systems Maintain communication with adjusters, agents, and homeowners Track data and updates in CRM platforms Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines Our Offer to You: Competitive Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year Steady Schedule: Monday through Friday schedule, plus occasional weekends when needed Perks & Benefits: Paid training, performance bonuses, weekly and monthly bonuses, paid time off (PTO), flexible schedules, weekly mentorship and personal development opportunities, supportive and faith-driven team culture, industry-leading CRM and sales tools, advancement opportunities within a quickly growing company, and fun company trips and team events You're a Fit if You Have: 2+ years of experience in construction estimating 2 years of experience with Xactimate and other estimating platforms Experience with cost control measures in construction projects Knowledge of contract/compliance protocols with our contracted insurance providers Proficiency in analyzing and referencing Insurance Scopes/Estimates Ability to successfully navigate the insurance process appropriately Ability to create residential roofing supplements, including specialty, complex, and high-end roofing systems (copper, metal, designer, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders Great organizational and time management skills Having a Public Adjuster license in AL and TN is preferred, but not required, to become our Roofing Construction Estimator.
