We are looking for an experienced Sage Intacct Construction consultant to join our Sage Intacct practice to help lead our team and growth. The RSM Business Applications practice is actively hiring for Sage Intacct Manager. As a Sage Intacct Manager at RSM, you will work with various sized businesses in the construction and real estate industries with direct access to business owners. Working and leading numerous team engagements per year, you will be the point person on several pieces of any particular assignment, not just one small part, and you will feel a great sense of accomplishment when you are done. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the construction and real estate industries and Sage Intacct's cloud-based technology solution along with an understanding of how to leverage technology for process improvement.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide proficient knowledge and capabilities in the Sage Intacct Construction suite of applications, including the functional configuration, business processes, and technical architecture.
Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers' met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
Deliver demonstrations of Sage Intacct Construction, showcasing its features and benefits to clients and industry professionals.
Identify client business pains, needs, and requirements, and document in the form of project specifications and deliverables.
Manage client engagements and relationships.
Lead and/or participate in client sales, demonstrations, and implementations of the Sage Intacct Construction suite of applications.
Perform fit/gap analysis, process design, solution design, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), support user adoption, training, and go-live activities.
Provide day-to-day technical application support for client companies.
Manage your time between immediate client support needs, ongoing projects, and practice development/sales activities such as demonstrations and creating proposals.
Work with RSM and clients on project management, change management, scope management, project status reporting, and communicating issues and risks.
Design dashboards and reports.
Identify and pursue additional business development opportunities within clients, collaborating with sales.
Assist with configuration and migration to new systems.
Manage solution integration with Marketplace Partners and other solutions.
Manage, mentor, lead, and develop team members on projects.
Support other project initiatives, including quality control and process optimization.
Optimize Sage Intacct system usage through business process evaluation, procedure development, system flow requirements, QA, documentation, user training, and support.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in fields like Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related.
7+ years of relevant consulting experience.
Experience with Sage Intacct Construction applications and related systems.
Experience with legacy or competing systems like Sage 300 Construction, Sage 100 Contractor, Procore, Viewpoint, Epicor, or Deltek.
Experience integrating third-party solutions such as Procore, HRMS, payroll, etc.
Knowledge of core financials, payroll, inventory, project management, and real estate management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
Teamwork ability.
Willingness to travel.
Experience in industries like Nonprofit, Professional Services, or Financial Services is a plus.
Certifications like CCM or CPA are a plus.

Salary range: $107,000 - $214,500. Discretionary bonuses are available based on performance.
