What Youll Do - Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads - Sell Alderwoods signature Backyard Resort Living projects ranging from $75K$500K+ - Guide clients from initial consultation through final contract - Use our CRM to manage your pipeline, appointments, and communications - Collaborate with in-house designers and project managers - Deliver a seamless, luxury sales experience

What You Bring - Proven success in landscape design & construction sales - Proven track record of closing $2M+ in annual sales preferred - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills - Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy - Client-first attitude and polished communication - Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided) - Having a Landscape Architecture license is a plus
