THE ROLE: This is a compelling opportunity for a senior Territory Sales or Project Management professional with mechanical expertise, based in Oregon.
The position blends remote work with field-based responsibilities, focusing on the specification of mechanical products for major construction projectsranging from airports and data centers to semiconductor facilities and university campuses.
Day-to-day duties may include boardroom presentations to senior executives or on-site evaluations with developers. Youll collaborate closely with engineering and support teams to ensure client needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
A key component of the role is cultivating and maintaining relationships with mechanical engineers and project stakeholders. The company encourages proactive client engagement through regular events such as happy hours, meals, and sports outings. Most activities are centered around the Portland metro area, with up to 30% overnight travel to visit strategic accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 7 years in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management Background in manufacturing, construction, general contracting, or MEP engineering is preferred Strong understanding of mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC Enjoys client-facing interactions and professional networking Must reside in Oregon and be open to regional travel (up to 30% overnight) Bachelors degree required
