Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for commercial, industrial, and residential construction and renovation projects.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to management.
Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Identify emerging markets and monitor market shifts, new products, and competition.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in construction, renovation, or interior design industries.
Strong understanding of commercial renovation projects, reinstatement works, and interior design.
Own transport is advantageous for client visits.
