RHCCG is seeking a results-driven, well-connected Sales Agents to expand our client base within the luxury residential and commercial construction industry in the NY/NJ/CT area. This is a commission-based role ideal for someone with experience or a strong network in high-end architecture, interior design, or construction. As a Sales Agent, you’ll introduce RHCCG’s white-glove project management and consulting services to new clients, generate qualified leads, and play a key role in the company’s growth. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Requirements
- Identify and engage potential clients and referral partners (e.g., interior designers, architects, builders, developers, homeowners)
- Promote RHCCG’s services with a clear understanding of our value in high-end construction consulting
- Educate leads about our firm’s expertise and project portfolio
- Coordinate warm introductions and meetings with company leadership
- Maintain an outreach and follow-up system to track lead activity
- Attend site visits, networking events, or design meetings (as applicable)
- Report basic pipeline updates and client activity
Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry experience or network in high-end residential construction, design, or real estate
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own outreach
- Professional demeanor with an understanding of luxury client expectations
- Familiarity with design, fabrication, or installation is a plus
- CRM or lead tracking experience is helpful but not required
