Salesperson - Construction

Here at Midland Glass, we are seeking a Sales Person to join our team and to help us to continue to provide Glass/Glazing and Architectural Aluminum solutions to general contractors and end users. You will work closely with our customers, estimators, and project managers to manage existing accounts, create new relationships, price potential projects, and putting bids together.
Responsibilities:
Review estimates of all aspects of our scope on construction projects, from planning to installation
Manage customer relationships during the bidding phase of projects
Reach out to new target customers to create relationships and bid their work
Support project managers as they manage projects you sold
Manage customer relationships outside of bidding phase (entertain them via office visits, dining, gifts, etc.)
Qualifications:
Previous experience/education in construction or other related fields
Familiarity with construction software (Bluebeam, Excel, Word, etc.)
Deadline and detail-oriented
Outgoing and social
