About the Role: Crusoe’s data‑center program is scaling to build out multiple 1 GW+ campuses while simultaneously integrating an ambitious energy-first approach to datacenter development and preparing the platform for institutional‑grade diligence standards. You will be the operational right hand to our SVP of Data Center Operations—driving the cadence, tooling, and commercial guard‑rails that let site superintendents build at warp speed without blowing the budget. What You’ll Be Working On: Run the critical path – identify and drive mission critical meetings, deadlines, and initiatives
Operational command‑center for every build – unify cost, schedule, risk and quality data into weekly reporting; publish a weekly one‑pager to senior leadership team.
Codify how Crusoe builds – author playbooks, RACI/RAPID matrices, RCCA loops, and turnover packages so new campuses execute the same winning formula.
Budget+change‑order sheriff – partner with Finance to catch scope creep, value‑engineer solutions, and keep variance
