In this position, you will: Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform necessary treatments, procedures, and diagnostic tests, and document care in compliance with company policies and regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients’ conditions. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to care. Utilize sound nursing judgment in making critical patient care management decisions. Deliver primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses. Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications as required. Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
