Job Description

Oversee all construction phases, from site preparation to project handover. Lead and coordinate field teams to ensure efficient execution. Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Enforce strict safety protocols and uphold quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize project delays. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor budgets and control costs to stay within financial targets. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress. Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors. In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, processes, and best practices. Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively. Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track. A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance.

What's on Offer

Salary range $115,000 - $130,000. Truck allowance. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance. 2 weeks PTO to start. 401k 4% match.
