Our client, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to join their team.
Job Title:  Construction Integration Manager
Location: Dulles, VA
Pay Range:  $69.00/hr. - $76.00/hr.

Job Description :
The main function of a construction supervisor/manager – production is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances. Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Skills:
Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
Top 3 must-have hard skills:
Excellent Microsoft Suite. Microsoft Project (scheduling software experience). We don’t need P6 experience, just need to know how to decipher/read and schedule. AutoCAD Candidates can have a background in telecom installations or data center experience. Not just construction but telecommunications.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred. 8 -10 years’ experience required. Degrees or certifications required: PMP preferred Disqualifiers: frequent job hopping Best vs. average: hands on in the field, construction safety, how to put the pieces together, how do we provide updates, make sure details are together, sequence of events.
Daily schedule and OT estimate : 40 hours, M-F, 5 hours of OT
