Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Materials Testing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will independently perform advanced-level testing and inspection of construction materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. You will serve as a technical expert in the field, occasionally receiving guidance from a supervisor, and may oversee and mentor junior staff.


This position offers the potential to grow into an Associate Project Manager role, providing a clear path for career advancement. Responsibilities include traveling to various job sites, working in diverse terrain and weather conditions, and contributing to the success of complex construction projects.

You bring to the team:
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
• Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred.
• 8+ years' experience in construction observation, inspection, and testing.
• ACI Grade 1 required.
• ACI Strength, ATTI Level 1, and/or Nuclear Gauge certifications preferred.
• Laboratory Certification (ACI/ATTI) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
