Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager – High-End Residential position include: Minimum 5+ years of experience managing $5M+ custom residential projects Proven leadership experience overseeing teams including field PMs, assistant PMs, and estimators Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills Oversight of budgeting, estimating, proposals, and contract negotiations Hands-on involvement in procurement, subcontractor management, and scheduling Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients through all phases of construction Ability to lead project close-outs and maintain strong client relationships Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
