Our client, a leading construction firm in Columbus OH has an immediate need for a construction Sr. Project Manager, with Multifamily experience. This is an immediate need! Details are as follows:
•Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.
•Minimum 5 years construction experience
•Self-starter
•Ability to work independently.
•Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.
•Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
•Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.
•Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
