Description Oversee full lifecycle project management for K-12, Higher Education, and Federal construction projects. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and all project documentation. Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all regulations. Serve as primary liaison between owners, design teams, and internal stakeholders. Forecast project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery. Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes within the organization. Support preconstruction efforts as needed. Profile Experienced PM with a track record in institutional or federal construction. Strong communicator who can drive coordination across diverse stakeholders. Highly organized, solutions‑oriented, and proactive in managing schedules and budget constraints. Comfortable leading multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑moving environment.
