A well-established national organization is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact projects from concept to completion. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Orlando, FL, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
Oversee vendor selection, bid coordination, and contract management, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, delivering regular updates to senior leadership and clients.
Champion continuous improvement by evaluating project management processes and mentoring team members on best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
PMI certification is required; additional credentials such as LEED or state contracting licenses are a plus.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project.
