The Senior DBE Compliance Manager will administer Skanska’s DBE Compliance Program for assigned projects, ensuring employees are trained and aware of the program. The role involves reviewing compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to DBE, and managing relationships with vendors including subcontractors, suppliers, and brokers. The manager reports to the Business Unit DBE Compliance Officer or Project Manager.
Required Qualifications:
Analyze and understand regulatory systems
Knowledge of laws pertaining to DBE and FAR compliance, including construction practices and contracts
Associates degree in accounting/business, contracting, or construction management or equivalent experience with at least 7+ years of relevant experience
Ability to travel across the Northeast region frequently

Competitive salary range: USD $89,250 to $150,000 per year.
