As our markets and services grow, so do new opportunities. Will you join us? Responsibilities Assist in the design of various projects nationwide. Establish and maintain design schedules. Create plans, wiring diagrams, schematics, select equipment, perform load calculations, system modeling, and prepare specifications. Coordinate with senior associates across disciplines to execute projects. Lead and mentor team members as assigned. Attend project meetings, including travel for surveys and other tasks. Collaborate with owners, contractors, architects, and code authorities from project inception to completion. Perform analysis, calculations, design, and documentation of electrical systems as required. Manage construction administration responsibilities such as submittals, RFIs, and field reports. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (minimum). 10-15 years of experience in electrical design and construction for commercial, industrial, data centers, semi-conductor, institutional buildings, or utility-scale power. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required. Experience with design and analysis software like REVIT, AutoCAD, SKM, ETAP, and/or BIM systems. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering concepts, principles, and practices. Familiarity with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural disciplines. Expertise in lighting, lighting control, grounding, lightning protection, and electrical power distribution systems. Ability to lead and mentor team members for large projects. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Maps, and imaging tools. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet client badging requirements.
