Senior Estimator

Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial interior, base building, and renovation projects, typically ranging from $2M to $20M.

Review and evaluate subcontractor bids, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.

Collaborate with the preconstruction and project management teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Maintain and build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support business growth.

Lead preconstruction estimating for commercial interior and base building projects.

Mentor and train junior estimators.

Attend site visits and client meetings when required.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate bids and proposals.

The Successful Applicant

5-7 years of estimating experience.

Must have experience managing or mentoring others.

Strong background in commercial interiors is required.

Experience in base building projects highly preferred.

Sector experience in healthcare, higher education, or data centers is a strong plus.

Proficient in:

• Bluebeam
• Onscreen Takeoff
• Microsoft Project
• Experience with Builder software is a plus

What's on Offer

Base Salary: $120,000-$140,000.
