Senior Manager, Construction

The Senior Manager, Construction, is a key leader responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives across Walmart's Supply Chain and Health & Wellness networks. This role oversees complex, high-impact projects within Walmart's Industrial Construction Team, ensuring excellence in every phasefrom project scoping, budgeting, and bidding to negotiations, operations, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Manager provides expert leadership to general contractors and third-party vendors, guiding projects from conception through completion. Leveraging advanced leadership and technical acumen, this individual ensures seamless coordination, strict compliance, and the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that propel Walmart's operational excellence and growth. Success in this role demands exceptional multitasking, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budgetultimately shaping the future of Walmart's supply chain infrastructure. This role will require up to 80% travel for site visits and project oversight.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 3 years experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area OR 5 years experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area.
