Senior Manager, Construction

The Senior Manager, Construction, is a key leader responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives across Walmart's Supply Chain and eCommerce networks. This role oversees complex, high-impact projects within Walmart's Industrial Construction Team, ensuring excellence in every phase-from project scoping, budgeting, and bidding to negotiations, operations, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Manager provides expert leadership to general contractors and third-party vendors, guiding projects from conception through completion. Leveraging advanced leadership and technical acumen, this individual ensures seamless coordination, strict compliance, and the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that propel Walmart's operational excellence and growth. Success in this role demands exceptional multitasking, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget-ultimately shaping the future of Walmart's supply chain infrastructure. This role will require up to 80% travel for site visits and project oversight.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate or Warehouse site development, building design, and construction management; OR 8-10 years' experience in site development, building design, and construction management.

3-5 years' experience in construction and project management.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple site development projects simultaneously, including new construction and tenant improvements.

Experienced in managing large-scale industrial construction projects, including greenfield developments, facility expansions, and retrofit initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and 3 years' experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area OR 5 years' experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area.
