Job Overview ACG Builds is hiring a Senior Superintendent to take the lead on a high-profile 255-unit mixed-use apartment development in Edmonds, WA. This is a flagship project for our firm and we're seeking a driven and experienced construction leader to oversee the site with a hands-on, proactive approach. You'll be responsible for schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, logistics, quality control, and site leadership-guiding the project from groundbreaking through completion.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all site activities on a 255-unit multi-family development in Edmonds, WA- Develop and update 3-week look-ahead schedules using Microsoft Project- Supervise daily subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards- Walk the site regularly to monitor work progress, solve problems, and confirm conformance with drawings- Coordinate underground utility installation including water, sewer, storm, gas, and electrical conduit- Oversee shoring, underpinning, structural concrete (including PT decks), and underground parking work- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings in Procore- Collaborate with owners, engineers, and consultants to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction- Maintain clear, proactive communication with vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders- Use a solutions-oriented approach to resolve site issues quickly and cost-effectively

Qualifications- Minimum 3 years as a full project superintendent on multi-family or mixed-use commercial construction projects- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered- Proficient in: Procore, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, Word, Bluebeam, and Acrobat- Strong leadership and motivational skills with an ability to drive performance across diverse subcontractor teams- Experience with complex site logistics, underground utility systems, and concrete structural systems- Clear, professional communication and ability to balance site walks with administrative duties- Must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of Edmonds, WA

Schedule- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM- 40-45 hours per week onsite- Project begins October 2025

Location- Onsite in Edmonds, Washington- Must reside within a reasonable daily driving distance of Edmonds-relocation not offered.
