Senior Preconstruction Engineer (2 Openings) - Madison or Janesville, WI
We are looking for two Senior Preconstruction Engineers with at least 5 years of experience in heavy industrial or commercial construction. Candidates with Preconstruction Manager experience, even without Design-Build background, will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies to win and execute work.
Review plans and specifications.
Prepare project schedules, bids, budgets, and scope documents for clients.
Perform quantity takeoff and pricing of self-performed work.
Collaborate with the preconstruction team, project managers, and superintendents.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and complete scopes.
Qualifications: 5+ years of preconstruction engineering experience.
Ability to support large and complex projects.
Based in Madison or Janesville.
