As a Construction Management Professional, you'll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager professional to support Life Sciences North America (LSNA) an upcoming large/mega pharmaceutical project ($1B+) in North America. Until the project mobilizes the candidate will onboard with Jacobs and be immediately assigned to an in-flight project of similar size and complexity, to begin the process of assimilating with Jacobs ways of working and BeyondZero culture.

Here's What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

15+ years of experience in managing construction projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities

Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

Demonstrated expert knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general building maintenance

Ideally, you'll also have:

Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, not required

Large infrastructure project industry experience

Effective oral and written communication

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

The base salary range for this position is $155,800.00 to $235,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
