Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our San Francisco Bay area Project Management team, overseeing complex capital projects across sectors such as commercial real estate, healthcare, and data centers. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on construction management, supporting a key technology client in achieving its goals. Responsibilities include: Leading large-scale projects in real estate, healthcare, and mission-critical environments. Developing and managing project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks. Ensuring alignment with client goals and tracking performance with KPIs and metrics. Overseeing design, construction, and closeout phases. Conducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Supervising multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors. Providing technical guidance on cost control, constructability, and value engineering. Serving as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Building relationships with property managers, healthcare administrators, and technical teams. Communicating project updates and strategies to senior leadership. Supporting readiness assessments and stage gate reviews. Collaborating with regional program managers and project controls teams. Leading program-level reporting and governance activities. Identifying and implementing process improvements and innovations. Sharing lessons learned to improve future project performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; Master’s preferred. At least 8 years of experience managing capital projects across sectors. Extensive experience in project controls, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams through all project phases. Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI. Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders. Knowledge of construction documentation, procurement, and contracts (AIA, FIDIC, etc.). Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments, maintaining quality and compliance. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement. Professional certifications such as PMP, AACE are highly desirable. Salary range: $150K-$180K per year, based on experience and qualifications. The company reserves the right to adjust this range. *On-site presence requirements may vary depending on client needs.
