What You'll Do: Support Project Managers with all phases of project execution from preconstruction to closeout Manage and track 24 industrial construction projects , typically ranging from $150K to $400K+ Interpret and analyze civil and construction drawings confidently and accurately Handle RFIs, submittals, and all project-related documentation

Use AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to ensure smooth project tracking Coordinate between vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

Contribute to a culture of accountability, urgency, and performance

What Were Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (required)

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction

Experience with a General Contractor is required

Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook

Strong ability to read and interpret civil/construction drawings

Exceptionally organized with a Type A, proactive personality

Comfortable working independently and under high expectations

Excellent communication and time management skills

Bonus Points (Nice to Have): Experience working on industrial construction projects

Work Environment: 90% in-office , 10% on-site

Hours: 7:30 AM 4:00/4:30 PM
