Senior Project Manager

The role involves managing all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communication. Oversee field operations and work closely with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Lead project meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Mentor and support junior project management staff.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in building and construction project management, with 2-3 years of experience as a Construction Senior Project Manager. Proven track record managing multifamily and/or commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency with project management tools and construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
