Responsibilities include: Managing multiple projects involving ground-up hospitals, renovations, or research facilities, including design-build and equipment installation. Developing solutions for complex project challenges with stakeholders and SMEs. Supporting RFP processes for design, construction, and installation. Attending presale meetings and supporting customer relationships. Visiting project sites for measurements, cost estimates, and review of project requirements. Consulting with customers to optimize equipment layouts and workflows. Managing project schedules, budgets, and customer satisfaction. Communicating effectively with all stakeholders regarding project status and risks. Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company policies. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of complex project management experience. Ability to read design drawings and manage matrix teams. Knowledge of construction industry and CAD. Healthcare construction experience and PMP certification preferred. Willingness to travel up to 75%.
