Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction) STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction) to join our national aviation team. This role involves assisting aviation clients across the country with various projects. Candidates must be within a reasonable commute to a major airline hub such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc.

The primary goal of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships and to achieve or surpass the projected profit margins for projects. Job Responsibilities: Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, including deliverables, schedules, and budgets. Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout for planning, environmental impact statements, design, and construction projects. Responsible for budgets, change orders, and invoicing. Participate in or lead project marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations to secure projects. Plan complete project execution and develop project manuals. Schedule and monitor manpower requirements against project budgets, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility. Establish and maintain contractor-client communication networks to keep stakeholders informed about project progress. Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, updating manpower and project plans as needed. Form and lead project teams, coordinating responsibilities and tasks. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes through proper documentation and permit submissions. Conduct regular project progress meetings to ensure adherence to contract terms and specifications. Ensure personnel compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; oversee manpower, equipment, materials, and quality procedures. Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
