STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction) to join our national aviation team. The position may involve assisting aviation clients across the country, ideally within a reasonable commute to major airline hubs such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc. The primary goal of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships while achieving or exceeding the projected profit margins for projects. Job Responsibilities Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, deliverables, schedules, and budgets. Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout, including managing budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing. Participate in or lead marketing efforts, proposal preparation, and presentations to secure projects. Plan project execution and develop comprehensive project manuals. Monitor manpower requirements against budgets, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility. Establish communication networks with contractors and clients to keep stakeholders informed of project progress. Oversee the project from initiation through delivery, updating manpower and resource allocations as needed. Form and lead project teams, coordinating responsibilities and tasks according to schedules. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes and obtain necessary permits. Conduct regular project meetings to ensure adherence to contract terms, conditions, and specifications. Ensure personnel adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, intervening as necessary to resolve issues. Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
