STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction) to join our national aviation team. This position may involve assisting aviation clients across the country with their projects. Candidates should be within a reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as AUS, DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, BWI, Dulles, or RDU. The primary objective of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships and to achieve or exceed project profit margins. Job Responsibilities Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, deliverables, schedules, and budgets. Manage proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout, including budgets, change requests, and invoicing. Lead or participate in marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations for project acquisition. Develop project execution plans and manuals. Monitor manpower requirements against budgets, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility. Establish communication networks with contractors and clients to keep all parties informed of project progress. Oversee project from initiation through delivery, including manpower planning. Form and lead project teams, coordinating responsibilities and tasks. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local codes, submitting necessary documents and permits. Conduct regular project meetings to review contract terms, scope, and progress. Ensure project personnel adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Supervise, develop, and evaluate project personnel as needed.
