We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a renovation and construction project for a luxury high-rise residence and amenities. The position is located in the Palm Beach Gardens area and requires relocation. This is a temporary, full-time position estimated to last 1.5 to 3 years, based in Palm Beach County. The candidate will be contracted as either a full-time employee or an independent contractor, depending on insurance coverage requirements. Essential Functions : Project Coordination: Conduct turnover meetings, prepare schedules, and provide monthly updates. Leadership: Manage project engineers, subcontractors, and administrative staff. Contract and Compliance Management: Ensure timely return of legal documents and insurance certificates. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare progress and cost reports regularly. Operational Support: Lead pre-construction and weekly meetings. Quality and Closure: Oversee project close-out and turnover. Qualifications : Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction management, preferably in high-rise development. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, or related field. OSHA 10/30 Certification required. Skills: Leadership, communication, multitasking, proficiency in MS Office, Sage, Procore, MS Project preferred. Traits: Professional demeanor, team player, proactive, dedicated to quality. Out-of-area candidates are encouraged to apply; relocation to Palm Beach County is required, with costs borne by the candidate.
