Job Description

Senior Project Manager is responsible for: Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are fulfilled. Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are achieved. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards on site. Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Prepare and present regular project progress reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
