A reputable, fast-growing commercial contractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the $5M-$25M+ range. This role is perfect for someone with deep construction experience who can lead teams and drive projects from preconstruction through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple project teams, including Project Engineers and Assistant PMs
- Lead preconstruction efforts in collaboration with estimating teams
- Own the full lifecycle of the project: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Maintain close coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subs
- Ensure high standards for quality, documentation, safety, and close-out
- Mentor junior staff and help shape project delivery best practices
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial project management
- Proven record of managing large, complex commercial builds
- Familiarity with Procore or other project management platforms
- Strong financial, contractual, and communication skills
- Leadership presence with the ability to drive team performance
