About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasonedSenior Project Managerto lead and execute high-impact infrastructure projects in the water, wastewater, and utility sectors. This role offers the opportunity to step into a senior leadership position, taking the reins from a retiring team member with decades of institutional knowledge. Ideal for someone ready to bring expertise, leadership, and strategic foresight to a dynamic construction environment.


This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives oncomplex project delivery,contract negotiations, and cross-functional team leadership. You will be responsible for managing multiple high-stakes projects across Indiana, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of large-scale water, wastewater, and pipeline infrastructure projectsfrom preconstruction through close-out.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, including field personnel, subcontractors, and engineers.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for owners, engineers, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources with precision and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify risk factors and implement proactive mitigation strategies.


Qualifications

  • 1012 years of progressive project management experience inwater/wastewater, civil, or utility infrastructureconstruction.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar municipal or public works projects.
  • Strong background incontract negotiations, budgeting, and schedule control.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP certification or similar project management credential is a plus.
