Job Description:


Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction management experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and monitor project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct project meetings, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 5 yrs+ experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish)- highly preferred
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Clean driving record required.

Compensation:

• Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
• Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities.
• To start there will be a 90-day trial period, after which your performance will be evaluated.
