This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in entertainment venues, distribution centers, or industrial warehouse projects who is looking to fast-track their career toward executive leadership.
Description
Lead ground-up and large-scale tenant improvement projects in the entertainment and warehouse sectors
Manage full project lifecycle: precon, buyout, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, client relations, and team leadership
Collaborate closely with field leadership and preconstruction teams
Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs, helping grow the next generation of leadership
Profile
Project management experience in commercial construction
Background in ground-up entertainment, industrial, or warehouse projects preferred
Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex schedules and budgets
Arizona market experience a plus, but not required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus
