What This Job Involves Leads project management services for all facilities, including major and minor projects and alterations. Provides project estimation and supervision. Reviews Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings. Operates, maintains, and repairs HVAC and other building equipment as directed. What is your day-to-day? Support project executives on multiple projects. Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects. Identify and address risks related to project scope, budget, and logistics. Coordinate Vendor RFPs. Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors. Prepare project status reports, process invoices, and maintain documentation. Track budgets and understand technical requirements for relocations, construction, and renovations. Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture, and space planning is a plus. Prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience Minimum of 6 years in Construction Project Management or Engineering Design. Proficient in reviewing Design and As-Built Drawings. Experience with cost estimation, especially RS Means format. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Experience with new construction or renovations, including historic buildings.
