Senior Project Manager

An industry-leading, general contractor with a rich legacy in complex commercial construction is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in entertainment venues, distribution centers, or industrial warehouse projects who is looking to fast-track their career toward executive leadership.

Job Description

• Lead ground-up and large-scale tenant improvement projects in the entertainment and warehouse sectors
• Manage full project lifecycle: precon, buyout, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, client relations, and team leadership
• Collaborate closely with field leadership and preconstruction teams
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
• Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs, helping grow the next generation of leadership

The Successful Applicant

• Project management experience in commercial construction
• Background in ground-up entertainment, industrial, or warehouse projects preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex schedules and budgets
• Arizona market experience a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
