Senior Project Manager Design Build Construction

This role is based out of Waukesha, has a track record for excellence resulting from a combination of wide-ranging experience, exceptional teamwork, and phenomenal growth. Project Portfolio: luxury and high-end commercial/light commercial

Project Locations: National (little to no travel for project managers)

Demonstrate proficiency in leading projects from sales, preconstruction, permitting, design, construction, to closeout, collaborating closely with in-house professionals.

Effectively manage all financial aspects of projects.

Support the Business Development team in client meetings and sales presentations.

Supervise junior team members in estimating and quantity take-offs.

Manage multiple projects primarily in a negotiated contract format, focusing on repeat and referred customers.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Collaborate effectively with in-house architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals to deliver turn-key services.

Serve as a team leader within the organization.

Bachelors degree in construction/engineering related field

10+ years in the construction industry

Estimating abilities

Client-facing abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of relevant construction technologies

Passion for building

Extremely competitive base salary (120-145k) based on experience

Option for WFH flex hybrid (2 days/week)
