We’re expanding our plumbing division and looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Estimator who’s ready to take ownership of active jobs and drive results from day one. Benefits & Compensation Base salary: $140,000–$160,000 (target $150,000, based on experience) Discretionary bonus tied to project profitability Full major medical coverage 401(k) with company contribution Paid Time Off (PTO) + Sick Days Onsite role in Middleton, MA (in-office as needed) Clear path for upward mobility as the company scales Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience and 5+ years in project management 5–10+ years in plumbing construction , with a proven track record managing projects and producing accurate estimates Successful history leading local and state construction projects from bid to completion Bluebeam , Procore , and Microsoft Excel Able to hit the ground running —step into active projects, create execution plans, and deliver results immediately Preferred Skills Experience working with state and municipal agencies Strong leadership and ability to run projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Commitment to quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
