Senior Project Manager

Reporting directly into the VP of the company. The main duties and responsibilities of the Sr. Project Manager will include the following:

• Handle assigned projects from cradle to grave
• Review submittals and ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Participate in the proposal meetings and writing Scopes of Work
• Develop and foster strong client relationships
• Complete walk-throughs with field operations
• Coordinate and effectively communicate with General contractors and project team

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of relevant healthcare construction experience
• Both general contracting experience and owners representative experience considered
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Knowledge of trends and standard processes within the Building and Construction industry
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Ability to efficiently communicate between departments on projects life-cycle
