About Our Client

They are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join their growing commercial team. This is a key role with long-term growth potential, where you'll oversee high-quality projects and have the opportunity to help shape the future of the department.
Job Description
- Lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of healthcare construction projects
- Manage cross-functional project teams, including subcontractors, architects, and engineers
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulatory requirements, including AHCA
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
- Provide proactive leadership in resolving issues and mitigating project risks
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing healthcare construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of AHCA requirements and healthcare-specific construction regulations
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
