Job Description Lead end-to-end management of large-scale K-12 projects ($30M-$40M)
Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and district stakeholders
Manage and mentor field and office teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Review and coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Ensure timely project delivery in compliance with school board and state regulations

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading ground-up or renovation projects in the K-12 education space . They bring a proven ability to manage high-value public-sector builds, communicate effectively with school boards and A/Es, and drive results across preconstruction and field teams. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and familiarity with Florida school construction standards are essential.
